Dr. Prithish Shyam Narayan

Dr. Prithish Shyam Narayan serves as the Head of Medical at Nottingham Forest FC, where responsibilities include overseeing diagnostics, clinical assessment, rehabilitation, budgeting, and leadership of a team of ten physiotherapists and sports therapists. With additional roles as Chief Medical Officer for the National Football League in the UK and National Team Doctor for the Women's National Team Pathway, Dr. Narayan brings extensive experience in sports medicine and trauma orthopaedics. Previous positions include Club Doctor for Leicester City and Coventry City Football Clubs, alongside specialist training at multiple NHS trusts. Dr. Narayan's academic qualifications include ongoing studies in Medical Education and Musculoskeletal Ultrasonography, alongside advanced degrees in Sports and Exercise Medicine, and a foundational medical degree from the University of Southampton.
