Julia Skinner

Julia Skinner has been with NFM Lending since early 2020. As head of marketing and member of the executive leadership team, Julia sets the marketing strategy and leads the execution of all marketing efforts. She is highly focused on enabling sales professionals with the campaigns and tools needed to provide a seamless customer and referral partner experience that drives sales success. Julia began her career in the mortgage marketing industry in 1998 and has held various marketing positions and leadership roles with several top mortgage lenders. She has deep experience in all aspects of mortgage marketing. Julia received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. She enjoys time with her son and family and is an avid outdoor enthusiast and runner.
