Chris Lamour

Chris LaMour has over 25 years of experience in human resources and employee benefits. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Employee Benefits at NFP since July 2013, Chris LaMour has previously held various roles within the company, including Vice President and Assistant Vice President of Benefits. Prior to NFP, Chris LaMour worked at National Instruments from October 1997 to March 2012 as Senior Manager of Human Resources, overseeing health and welfare plans for over 2,500 employees and managing a global compensation program. Earlier career experiences include serving as Human Resources Manager at Wymer Enterprises, Inc., and Personnel Administrator/Benefits Specialist at S&C Electric Company. Chris LaMour holds a Master of Science in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Illinois State University.
