Shashank Karanje is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software development and strategic planning. Currently serving as Vice President of Technology at NFP since March 2021, Shashank previously held roles as Vice President of Software Development and Assistant Vice President at Kestra Financial, where efforts focused on enhancing technical initiatives and transitioning teams to Agile methodologies. Earlier positions include Director of Software Development at NFP and various consulting roles that provided comprehensive solutions for financial services firms.
