Kenny Graves

Kenny Graves has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on leadership roles. Kenny is currently the HR Director at NFU Mutual, where they have been since 2017. Prior to this, Kenny was the Head of HR at Police Mutual from 2014 to 2017. In 2012, they founded Kenny Graves HR Consulting Ltd and served as the Director until 2014. From 2003 to 2012, Kenny worked at The Phoenix Group as the Head of HR, responsible for overseeing HR operations across multiple sites and implementing strategic initiatives. Kenny also worked as the Group HR Operations Manager at Resolution plc from 2005 to 2009. Before that, Kenny held HR roles at Britannic, ICI Imagedata, Info'Products, and PM Group, where they gained experience in various aspects of HR management.
