Paul Murray has extensive work experience in the field of HR business partnering and organizational change. From 2015 to 2018, they worked at Police Mutual as the Lead HR Business Partner. In this role, they played a key role in partnering with the business and providing strategic HR support.
In 2018, Paul joined NFU Mutual as the Head of HR Business Partnering & Organisational Change. Here, they were responsible for driving the people strategy, delivering HR services, and managing a team of HR Business Partners. Paul also worked closely with senior management to ensure consistency in approach and implementation of organizational design and people change programs and projects.
Paul Murray obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Birmingham, where they studied from 1997 to 2000. Following this, they pursued a Primary PGCE from the same university, completing it between 2008 and 2009.
