Clément CHARTAUD is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in IT and software development. Currently serving as Group CIO at NG Travel since March 2025, Clément oversees IT developments, artificial intelligence, infrastructure, and cybersecurity, focusing on enhancing customer service through B2C/B2B e-commerce platforms and promoting best technology practices among employees. Previously, Clément held the position of Chief Technical Officer at Leetchi.com, where responsibilities included directing developments, quality, security, and corporate IT. As Deputy Chief Technology Officer at elow, Clément played a key role in building a digital assistant and managing cloud solutions. With a robust tenure at TUI as Head of Web Development & Architecture, Clément led multiple e-commerce initiatives and team management. Clément's academic qualifications include a Master's degree in computer science from Université de Reims Champagne-Ardenne.
