Alex Parkhurst has worked in the technology industry since 2007. Alex began their career at Enki Strategic Advisors as a Senior Consultant, consulting with clients looking to leverage mobile devices for customer communications and leading a team of developers designing .NET/MSSQL-based e-commerce products and marketing solutions. In 2009, they joined BryterCX (formerly ClickFox) as a Senior Technical Product Manager. In this role, they collaborated cross-functionally across technical and nontechnical teams to identify new features, define product road maps, and engineer solutions to progress enterprise architecture and customer journey analytics products. Alex also oversaw product issues, feature prioritization, quality assurance, and testing across the entire product suite while managing workflows and guiding engineering teams through the development lifecycle. As a Technical Product Manager and Data Transformation Manager, they implemented product features while working with engineering teams to write requirements and troubleshoot bugs, and assumed leadership of a 10+ member architecture team after post-reorganization. As an Information Architect, they designed, developed, and implemented data model specifications for enterprise-level applications and systems, and as a Technical Project Manager they liaised with clients to gather requirements and understand business needs. In 2022, they joined NGDATA as a Big Data Engineer.

Alex Parkhurst has obtained a Master of Science in Information Systems from the University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Puget Sound.
