Gerald Kane

Gerald Kane currently serves as the Regional Claims Manager at National General Insurance Co. PJSC since October 2021. Previously, Gerald held the position of Director of Claims Services at SafeAuto from April 2014 to September 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing multiple claims operations departments and collaborating on projects to enhance underperforming areas. Prior roles at SafeAuto included Claims Process Manager and Claims Auditor. Before that, Gerald operated Gerald Kane Consulting from January 2009 to March 2014, providing expertise in insurance claims management and process consulting. Gerald's extensive experience also includes a 19-year tenure at Progressive Insurance, serving in various capacities such as State Claims Manager for Kansas and Regional Claims Manager for Western Pennsylvania. Gerald holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics with a Minor in Business Management from Penn State University.
