Ritika Sikka

Ritika Sikka serves as the Assistant Manager of Actuarial and Risk Management at National General Insurance Co. PJSC, where responsibilities include reserving for medical, motor, and other P&C lines, preparing business profitability reports, and pricing large medical and motor policies to support policy renewals since May 2019. Prior experience includes role as Actuarial & Risk Assistant Manager at Aon, focusing on full-cycle valuation and work accuracy from August 2013 to February 2017, and positions as a Senior Actuarial Analyst at DHFL Pramerica Life Insurance and as a Process Developer at Mercer, with responsibilities in pricing life insurance products and working with US Defined Benefit Retirement pension plans, respectively. Earlier experience as an Actuarial Analyst at Aon Consulting laid the foundation for a successful actuarial career. Ritika holds a B.Sc. Hons in Mathematics from Delhi University and has completed 12 actuarial exams across both the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries and the Institute of Actuaries of India.
