Cletus Christopher Blum

Cletus Christopher Blum is a skilled Project Engineer I currently employed at the Norwegian Geotechnical Institute since August 2023. With extensive experience in various roles, Cletus has operated Cletus Blum Contracting and Design Build since January 2006, focusing on residential construction as a Carpenter-Mason. Cletus also founded Shake Motions LLC, developing a prototype for monitoring ground motions in residential structures from January 2018 to December 2020. Previous positions include Earthquake Specialist at NORSAR, Geophysicist at the U.S. Geological Survey, and Environmental Specialist at URS Corporation.
