Sheila Dishman has a wealth of experience in the automotive industry, starting as an Assembler at Eaton EMEA. Sheila later became a Team Lead at Eaton before transferring to NGK Automotive Ceramics USA, Inc. where Sheila currently holds the title of Team Lead. Enjoying the challenges and learning opportunities in the inspection area, Sheila is dedicated to their role and continues to train in various areas.
