Erika Rönnquist Hoh ️

Erika Rönnquist Hoh has held various executive roles throughout their career. Erika is currently the CEO of NGS Group, a leading Nordic group specializing in executive search, recruitment, interim management, and staffing. Prior to this, they served as a mentor in the Spader Ess program at Ruter Dam Chefsutveckling AB. Erika also held the position of CEO of the Nordic Region at Teleperformance, where they oversaw a team of 2700 colleagues across six sites. Erika has experience as a member of the Board of Directors at Lernia and as the CEO of Tengbom Group on an interim basis. Before that, they served as CEO of Lowell (formerly Lindorff), an international credit management and investment company. Earlier in their career, Erika was the CEO of Lindorff Sweden and Assessio. Erika also served as CEO of the Nordic Region for PRA Group (Aktiv Kapital Group) and held executive positions at Proffice (now Randstadt), where they were responsible for P&L, sales, and operations.

Erika Rönnquist Hoh has a diverse educational background. Erika earned a BSc in Business and Economics from Uppsala University between 1984 and 1988. In 2002-2003, Erika attended the Stockholm School of Economics, focusing on management studies. Erika further enhanced their leadership skills by studying at Ruter Dam Chefsutveckling AB from 2000 to 2001. In 2005-2007, Erika pursued an Executive MBA at the Stockholm School of Economics, specializing in General Management and Finance. In 2006, they briefly studied Management & Communications at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. Recently, in 2019, Erika obtained a Diploma in Professional Boardwork from Michaël Berglund Board Value.
