Jonathan Short

Jonathan Short is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as a Sous Chef at NoHo Hospitality Group since September 2020, specializing in a seasonal high-volume American restaurant in SoHo. Prior to this role, Jonathan was the opening R&D chef for Fat Choy, a startup vegan Chinese quick-service restaurant, from March 2020 to March 2021. Jonathan also held the position of Executive Chef at Edie Jo's from May 2019 to March 2020 and worked as a Sous Chef for SH Restaurants from April 2017 to April 2019. Jonathan holds a Master's degree from Emerson College and a Bachelor's degree in Music Theory and Composition from Western Michigan University.
