Mary-Catherine Moore has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Mary-Catherine began their career as a Front of House and Events Manager at B Bar and Grill in 2009, followed by a role as a Private Events Assistant Coordinator at Beauty and Essex in 2011. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as an English Language Assistant at the Teaching Assistant Program in France USA. In 2013, they became a Private Events Coordinator at Locanda Verde, where they managed on-site events. Mary-Catherine then moved on to become a Private Events Manager for Noho Hospitality Group, where they handled private dining for various restaurants. In 2016, they were promoted to the role of Senior Sales and Events Manager at The William Vale. Mary-Catherine later served as the Assistant Director of Events at The William Vale before taking on the position of Director of Events and Catering at the Shinola Hotel under the NoHo Hospitality Group. In 2020, they briefly worked as a Lead Volunteer Text Moderator for the Democratic National Committee, and in 2021, they participated in the Organizing Director Training Track at Arena.
Mary-Catherine Moore has pursued their education at New York University. Mary-Catherine obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) degree in Theatre/Theater Direction and Design. Additionally, they also completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in French Language and Literature at the same institution.
