Nicolas Lorentz

Nicolas Lorentz has had a diverse range of work experiences in the hospitality industry. Nicolas began their career in 2006 as an Assistant F&B Director at the St Regis Resort Bora Bora, where they were responsible for overseeing various outlets and maintaining high service standards. Nicolas then served as the Kauai Grill General Manager at the St Regis Resort Princeville from 2009 to 2011, where they achieved great success in running the signature restaurant. Lorentz then joined the Culinary Concepts Hospitality Group in 2011, working as a Corporate Service Trainer and later as a Team Lead until 2015. From 2015 onwards, they have been with the NoHo Hospitality Group, starting as the General Manager at Lafayette Grand Cafe and progressing to roles such as Director of Operations, Senior Director of Operations, and currently serving as the Vice President of Operations.

Nicolas Lorentz completed their Master Degree in Finance & International Tourism Economy from Aix-Marseille University between 2003 and 2005.
