Thomas Kaminsky-Smith

Thomas Kaminsky-Smith has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting. Thomas is currently the Director of Finance and Accounting at NoHo Hospitality Group, where they partner with the executive team to inform strategic decision-making and enhances fiscal oversight. Prior to that, they served as the Corporate Controller at NoHo Hospitality Group and the Global Controller at AREA15, where they were responsible for various accounting functions and managed a team for month-end close processes. Thomas also has experience as a Financial Controller and Senior Accounting Manager at BetaWest, where they oversaw multiple properties and led the close processes. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Accounting Manager and Senior Accountant at Just Salad and held various roles at EMM Group, including Accountant, Junior Accountant, Finance Coordinator, and Operational Assistant. Thomas began their career as an Assistant Restaurant Manager at JEAN-GEORGES MANAGEMENT and as an Assistant Director of In-Room Dining at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.

Thomas Kaminsky-Smith graduated from Manhasset High School in 2005 with a New York State High School Diploma. Thomas then went on to attend the Cornell Peter and Stephanie Nolan School of Hotel Administration from 2005 to 2009. Thomas earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus in Finance.
