Alexander Vitro is an experienced professional in asset management with a robust background in real estate. Currently serving as the Assistant Vice President of Asset Management at The NHP Foundation since March 2023, Alexander has held various leadership roles including Managing Principal at BVG Partners and Co-Head of Asset Management at First National Realty Partners. With prior experience as Vice President of Asset Management at Sym Heller Development & Management and Director of Consulting and Project Management at CohnReznick LLP, Alexander demonstrates a strong foundation in real estate consulting and project management. Alexander began the career at A.N. Vitro Real Estate, LLC, and progressively moved through prominent positions at Colliers International. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration from NYU Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Finance from The George Washington University School of Business.

We develop strong resident services programs tailored to each properties specific needs. Our staffs are leaders in both for profit and not for profit real estate, and we gain further support from a dedicated Board of Trustees.
