Austin McChord

Austin McChord is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive, currently serving as Managing Director at Outsiders Fund and Chief Executive Officer at Casana, both positions held since 2020. McChord is the Founder of Havoc Robotics, where involvement includes supporting the Norwalk Havoc Robot League. Additionally, McChord holds board member positions at Zorus, Inc. and Shelf. Previously, McChord founded and served as CEO of Datto, Inc. from 2007 to 2022, and worked as a Venture Partner at General Catalyst from 2019 to 2020. McChord earned a degree in Bioinformatics from the Rochester Institute of Technology and completed secondary education at Newtown High School.
