Lead Practitioner - Violence Reduction Service (health & Safety) at NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde

Kirstyn W. has worked in various roles throughout their career. Kirstyn started in 2017 as a Dispenser at Walgreens Boots Alliance. In 2018, they became a Senior Mental Health Support Worker at Shaw healthcare (Group) Ltd, where they later took on the additional role of GSA Tutor in Managing Violence and Aggression. Most recently, in 2022, Kirstyn joined NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde as a Violence Reduction Advisor and is currently the Lead Practitioner for the Violence Reduction Service (Health & Safety).
