Kathryn Perera

Kathryn Perera has held various leadership positions in the NHS, with a focus on improvement capability building and delivery. Kathryn also served as the Chief Executive of the Movement for Change, a well-known social enterprise. Prior to their work in the NHS, Kathryn was a barrister specializing in employment law, public law, and human rights. Kathryn has a strong educational background, including a Visiting Fellow degree in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bar Vocational Course degree from Inns of Court School of Law.
