Fasih Haider

Fasih Haider, Ph.D., CEng, and SMIEEE, currently serves as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of Edinburgh's School of Engineering and holds the position of Honorary Research Fellow in the Department of Sleep Medicine at NHS Lothian. With extensive experience in data analysis, machine learning, and public health research, Fasih has contributed to multiple projects, including the EAVE II project and collaborations with Sony Research on Alzheimer’s disease. As a dedicated educator, Fasih supervises PhD research and serves as a personal tutor for Master in Public Health students. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Artificial Intelligence from Trinity College Dublin and various training programs across renowned institutions. Furthermore, Fasih has held editorial roles and contributed to international scientific initiatives, emphasizing a commitment to advancing knowledge in health and engineering fields.
