Karina Torres

Karina Torres is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in HR management across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Niagara Bottling since December 2020, Karina previously held the position of Human Resources Manager at GATX and Pier 1. At Pier 1, responsibilities included managing HR for a distribution center and overseeing compliance training for over 160 associates. Prior roles include supporting 600+ associates at PepsiCo as an HR Coordinator and managing HR functions for Rio Ranch Markets, which served the Latino community across eight locations. Karina holds a Master of Arts in Management from the University of Redlands and a Bachelor of Arts degree from UCLA.
