Stephanie Dafoe-Woods, CHRL has extensive work experience with the Niagara Falls Bridge Commission, starting in 2001. Stephanie has held various roles within the organization, including Chief Operating Officer since January 2021, Manager of Human Resources, Agency Relations & Security from April 2014 to January 2021, Human Resource Manager / Assistant Manager of Agency Relations & Security from September 2010 to March 2014, Operations Centre Manager from July 2005 to September 2010, and Operations Centre Operator from November 2001 to July 2005. Prior to their time with the Niagara Falls Bridge Commission, Stephanie worked as a Seminar Deliveries Coordinator at the Epic Educational Program Innovations Center from 2000 to 2002.

Stephanie Dafoe-Woods, CHRL has a diverse education history. Stephanie began their studies in 1995 at Niagara College, where they earned a Diploma in Recreation & Leadership. Stephanie then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Recreation & Leisure Studies at Brock University from 1998 to 2000. In 2005, they returned to Niagara College to obtain a Human Resources Certificate, which they completed in 2010.

Alongside their formal education, Stephanie has also obtained additional certifications. Stephanie is a certified Human Resources Professional (CHRL) from the HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association. Additionally, they are currently working towards obtaining a Physical Security Professional (PSP) certification from ASIS International.
