Debbie Anderson has extensive experience in volunteer management and education, currently leading Volunteer Resources at Niagara Health System since August 2002, overseeing 1,150 volunteers across multiple hospital sites and implementing programs focused on patient care and community partnership. Previously, from 2001 to 2007, Debbie served as an instructor at Niagara College Canada, where contributions included teaching and curriculum development in areas such as leadership and organizational development. Earlier roles included serving as a consultant for community organizations and as a Volunteer Coordinator at AIDS Niagara, building and managing volunteer teams. Debbie holds a Bachelor of Education in Adult Education and various related qualifications from Brock University and Niagara College.
