Cati Boulanger

Cati Boulanger is a seasoned UX Director at Niantic, Inc., leading the UX, AR, and Map organizations since February 2022. Previously, Boulanger served as a UX Lead at Google, where participation in the highly selective Polaris Program aimed to promote leadership within the company occurred. Boulanger also has a substantial background as an expert reviewer for the European Commission, research scientist roles at both Apple and Microsoft, and significant contributions to the field of HCI. With research positions at prestigious establishments like MIT and Trinity College, Boulanger holds a PhD and a Master of Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, as well as a Master’s degree from Harvard University. Key contributions include patents and published papers in interactive systems and user interface design.
