Edward A. Sullivan III

Edward A. Sullivan III is Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary of NIBCO INC. headquartered in Elkhart, Indiana. Prior to joining NIBCO, Sullivan was a partner at the law firm of Faegre Baker Daniels, where he specialized in business litigation, product liability, and employment law. Sullivan was also on the Board for the South Bend Chamber of Commerce and for A Rosie Place, a respite home for medically fragile children. Sullivan has been an adjunct faculty member at the Notre Dame Law School and has been active in the National Institute for Trial Advocacy as a teacher and program director for a variety of NITA programs including the National Trial Skills program in Boulder, Colorado.

Sullivan holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Villanova University in Villanova, Pennsylvania, and a Juris Doctor from Notre Dame Law School, in Notre Dame, Indiana.
