Stacy Cook

Stacy Cook has extensive work experience in client success, business relationship management, enterprise portfolio management, business process management, communication management, project management, and business analysis.

Stacy currently holds the position of Manager, Client Success at Tyler Technologies, starting in April 2021. Prior to that, they worked at NIC Inc. from 2012 to 2021. During their tenure at NIC Inc., they held various roles including Manager, Client Success, Manager, Business Relationship Management, Enterprise Portfolio Manager, Business Process Manager, Communication Manager, Project Manager, and Project Coordinator and Daptiv Administrator.

Before joining NIC Inc., Stacy worked at AllofE Solutions from 2008 to 2012. Stacy'sroles at AllofE Solutions included Business Analyst, Product Marketing Analyst, and Office Manager.

In these roles, Stacy has gained experience in managing client relationships, overseeing program and project activities, enhancing service delivery, developing and implementing portfolio processes and policies, evaluating and improving business processes, managing communications, and coordinating projects and administrative tasks. Stacy has also been involved in software application testing, marketing support, content creation, and personnel management.

Stacy Cook completed their Bachelor's of Science degree in Strategic Communications at The University of Kansas from 2004 to 2008. Additionally, they obtained a Project Management Certificate Series from Johnson County Community College in December 2013 and an ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from EXIN in March 2013.
