Teri Berschneider, PMP, SMC, CAP, currently serves as the Director of Operations for Tyler Insurance Filings at Tyler Technologies, where responsibilities include leading program operations, product development, marketing, and customer support with an emphasis on business process transformation and operational effectiveness. Teri has extensive experience at NIC Inc., where roles ranged from Program Manager of NIC Insurance Filings to Director of Project Management for NIC Federal, overseeing large federal contracts, and Director of Operations for NIC Hawaii, focusing on business operations and government relations. Previous experience includes program management at Innovative Solutions Group, handling significant projects related to Electronic Records Management and government contracts. Teri began a career as a Senate Page while studying at Montana State University Billings, where a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications was earned, also achieving cum laude recognition as valedictorian from Libby High School.
