Donna Carter holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a focus on Human Resources from Arkansas State University. With extensive experience in various HR roles, Donna currently serves as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Nice-Pak Products, Inc. since May 2019, having previously worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner. Donna's career includes positions such as HR Generalist at Tenneco and HR Assistant at St. Bernards Healthcare, as well as Director of Human Resources at Lawrence Health Services. Donna also contributed to Butterball, LLC in several HR capacities over more than two decades. Donna is certified with SHRM CP and PHR credentials, along with WSO CST certification.
