Greg Rich

Greg Rich is an experienced sales executive currently serving as Vice President of Sales at NICE since May 2023. Prior to this role, Rich held the position of Vice President of Sales at InMoment from March 2020 to May 2023, and before that, Rich was Vice President Sales at Confirmit for nearly 14 years. Rich also contributed to MarketTools as Area Vice President Sales and served as East Coast Sales Director at CustomerSat. Early in the career, Rich worked as Sr. Account Manager at Omega Management Group Corp. and as Director of Business Development at Manpower Staffing. Rich holds two Bachelor of Science degrees focused on Business Management and Sales and Marketing Operations from Bridgewater State University, earned between 1997 and 2001.
