Barbara Donzelli

Barbara Donzelli is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational leadership and consulting across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Sales at LVG GROUP SRL since March 2022, Barbara is also a Co-Founder of NICE POWER, which introduces a positive feedback system for hospitality professionals. Previous roles include leading commercial efforts at H-benchmark S.r.l. and advising senior executives at The Cambridge Management Consulting Labs. Barbara has a strong background in customer value management from Vodafone Italy and has contributed to innovative project management and data strategy initiatives. An alumnus of Università Bocconi, Barbara has furthered education at renowned institutions such as ESSEC Business School and New York University.
