David Schlesinger

David Schlesinger is a partner at Nichols Kaster, PLLP, where since July 2005, the practice has focused on representing individual employees in various employment litigation, counseling employees on workplace legal issues, and defending against non-compete and trade secret litigation. Additionally, David has served as an adjunct professor at the University of Minnesota Law School since January 2011, teaching a course on the practical application of law. Previous experience includes law clerk positions at the Hennepin County Attorney's Office and the University of Minnesota Law School, as well as serving as the 5th Congressional District Field Director for the Wellstone/Mondale Campaign with the Minnesota DFL Party. David holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Minnesota Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Mary Washington.
