Christian Hatfield

Christian Hatfield has a diverse work experience in the field of animation. Christian started their career as the Head of FX at Original Force in 2016 and then worked as a Houdini FX Artist at Gradient Effects in 2017. From 2017 to 2018, they were an FX Artist at Zoic Studios and then joined Walt Disney Animation Studios as an FX Artist from 2018 to 2019. Later in 2019, they became a Senior FX Artist at Zoic Studios before returning to Walt Disney Animation Studios as an FX Artist. Christian briefly worked at Duncan Studio as an FX artist before joining Encore as an FX Supervisor in 2018. Most recently, they have been working as a Lead FX Artist at Nickelodeon Animation since 2022.

Christian Hatfield attended Ringling College of Art and Design from 1990 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Computer Animation.
