Lucas Iben

Lucas Iben is an experienced IT Support Specialist currently employed at NICOR Lighting since May 2019. In this role, Lucas manages project initiatives, oversees Office 365 licenses and compliance, and serves as the administrator for SharePoint, Exchange, Teams, Azure AD, and Endpoint Manager. Responsibilities also include printer management, network documentation, and overall IT department functions. Prior to this, Lucas worked as a Customer Support Specialist at HP from August 2015 to November 2016. Lucas holds an Associate of Applied Sciences degree in Integrated Studies, specializing in Network and System Administration, from Central New Mexico Community College, completed in 2013.
