Mahesh Bhardwaj has over 30 years of experience in the field of sales and marketing. Mahesh is currently the Senior Director of Sales, Service, and Marketing at Nidec Industrial Automation India Pvt Limited since 2017. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Sales and Marketing at EMERSON Industrial Automation Electric Power Generation Pvt Limited from 2003, where they were responsible for achieving a turnover of INR 400+ Cr. for the 'LEROY SOMER' brand alternators for power generation. Before that, they served as the Business Manager at KIRLOSKAR ELECTRIC CO LTD from 1995 to 2003, and as a Sales Executive at BHARAT BIJLEE LTD from 1990 to 1995.

Mahesh Bhardwaj completed their secondary education at J A S Inter College from 1976 to 1982, where they obtained their intermediate degree in the general field of study. Following this, they joined Kurukshetra University and the National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from 1983 to 1988. Finally, they attended SP College of Mass Communication in Delhi from 1993 to 1995, where they earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management, specializing in Sales & Marketing.
