Quality Assurance Analyst

The Quality Assurance team is responsible for quality checking core functions within Audio processingworkflows. A total of 5% of all work is QA’d, and the Quality Assurance team will verify proper data entry andproper adherence to policy. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Learn multiple functions within the processing workflow.
• Understand guidelines and policies for each distinct function that will be QA’d
• Navigate internal systems to pull data for review
• Review processing actions for completeness and correctness
• Identify and document processing errors
• Adhere to daily quality and productivity targets
• Communicate trends to management team when observed
• Adhere to strict confidentiality standards
• Assist with special projects as needed

Role Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED equivalency (prefer Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree)
• 1 year experience in a production or related environment
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and decision making skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong reading comprehension for documented procedures
• Computer and typing skills (data entry)
• Ability to work in a fast paced production environment and meet delivery deadlines

Shift Requirements:- 10:00AM-6:30PM Eastern Time M-F
