Aditi Naik is an experienced compensation professional with a robust background in human resources and engineering. Aditi currently serves as the Director of Compensation at Nielsen and has previously held positions such as Senior Manager of Compensation at Juniper Networks and various managerial roles at HP, focusing on the Asia Pacific and Japan markets.
