Susan Dunn has extensive work experience in various senior leadership positions. Susan started their career at The Pillsbury Company as a Sales Representative and Manager from September 1987 to July 1990. Susan then worked at The Nielsen Company in various positions from 1992 to 1997 before joining The Hershey Company as a Category Development Manager from 1997 to 1999. Susan then began their long tenure at Nielsen, where they held positions such as Executive Vice President of Professional Services from January 2014 to March 2016, President of Global Clients & Commercial Strategy from April 2016 to May 2018, and President of Analytic Practices & Commercial Strategy from April 2018 to June 2020. Susan also served as the CEO of Byzzer from June 2020 to April 2021 before assuming their current role as Chief Revenue Officer at NielsenIQ starting in April 2021. Susan has a proven track record of driving revenue growth, leading transformational initiatives, and delivering exceptional service to clients.

Susan Dunn completed their Bachelor's degree in Marketing at the University of Iowa from 1983 to 1987. Following this, they pursued further education and obtained an MBA degree in Business/Marketing from Wake Forest University from 1990 to 1992.
