Taz Shahid began their work experience in 2014 as a Recruitment Consultant at Churchill Frank International. They then moved on to Nigel Frank International, where they held various roles, including Recruitment Consultant, Senior Recruitment Consultant, Principal Recruitment Consultant, Team Leader, Manager, Business Manager, Senior Manager - Microsoft Technologies, and their current position as Head of Azure.

Taz Shahid attended Leeds Beckett University from 2008 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
