Sharon Onasanya

Sharon Onasanya is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Inhouse Counsel at the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation since April 2021. Prior to this role, Sharon worked as a Senior State Counsel at the Ogun State Ministry of Justice and held positions at Rickey Tarfa & Co. as Counsel and NYSC Counsel. Early experience includes legal externship at George Etomi & Partners, and roles in sales and marketing for CakeVersity, Lagos Fashion and Design Week, and various leadership positions at AIESEC in Lagos. Sharon holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Lagos and a Barrister at Law qualification from the Nigerian Law School.
