John Hull has extensive experience in customer experience (CX) management, strategy, and planning. john has held various leadership roles at different companies. Currently, John is the Director of CX Strategy and Planning at Night Market since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at thomasarts from 2018 to 2023, where they held positions such as Director of CX Management, Strategy & Planning and Marketing Technology Solutions Architect/ Digital Product Manager. In these roles, John was responsible for developing customer experience blueprints, planning 1:1 marketing across channels, leading digital experience strategies, evaluating and selecting technology vendors, and overseeing test and learn programs. john also provided marketing technology expertise and translated business requirements into functional specifications.
