Joe Bubniak

Joe Bubniak serves as Vice President at NightDragon since June 2023. Previously, Joe held the position of Head of Strategy & Biz Dev at Polyhive from July 2022 to June 2023. Joe's experience in investment banking includes roles as Vice President in Tech Investment Banking at J.P. Morgan from April 2021 to July 2022, Associate at UBS from January 2019 to April 2021, and Associate and Analyst in Investment Banking at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey from September 2015 to January 2019. Joe began the professional career as a Credit Analyst at KeyBank from 2014 to 2015, completing a comprehensive training program in accounting, corporate finance, credit analysis, and financial modeling. Joe earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science from Syracuse University.
