Saija-Annica Mikkonen

Saija-Annica Mikkonen has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Saija-Annica is currently on maternity leave as an Experience Manager at Nightingale Health Ltd. Prior to that, they worked as a Customer Experience Assistant at Management Events, where they provided excellent customer service and managed various tasks at conferences. Saija-Annica also worked as a BBA Thesis Worker at Sailab - MedTech Finland, conducting research on the medical technology industry. Saija-Annica founded their own company, Nordic PR & Consulting Tmi, in 2015, where they provided high-quality international services for conferences and delegate groups in Finland. Saija-Annica also worked as a VIP Event Producer at the Lahti 2017 FIS Nordic Ski World Championships and as a VIP Event Assistant at Jokerit Hockey Club. Additionally, Saija-Annica has experience as an Event Promoter at MKTG, Head of Communications and Marketing at SLAM, and in customer service roles at ELIXIA Finland and West Wind Rentals S.L. Throughout their various positions, Saija-Annica has demonstrated skills in sales, customer relations, marketing management, and event planning.

Saija-Annica Mikkonen began their education in 2003 at Kauniaisten Lukio, where they pursued a Baccaulaureate degree until 2006. In 2008, they attended Helsinki Business College Oy and obtained a Vocational Qualification in Business and Administration with a focus on Accounting and Finance, which they completed in 2010. In 2011, Saija-Annica Mikkonen enrolled in UADE, where they studied International Business until 2012. Finally, they attended Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences and completed their Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs in 2018.
