Gannon Borchers is the Director of Technical Program Management at Nightingale Security. Gannon has over eight years of experience in engineering, project management, and mechanical engineering.

Borchers started their career as a systems engineer at Solyndra, a solar energy company. Gannon then transitioned to H-Square Corporation, where they became the Lead Mechanical Engineer. In this role, they oversaw the design and manufacture of high-precision tools for the semiconductor industry.

In 2012, Borchers left H-Square Corporation to become an SPB Instrument Engineer at European XFEL. In this role, they were responsible for the design and development of scientific instruments. Gannon also led a team of engineers in the development of a new type of X-ray detector.

In 2017, Borchers left European XFEL to join Fresenius Medical Care North America as a Senior R&D Mechanical Engineer. In this role, they worked on developing new products for dialysis patients. Gannon also led a team of engineers in the development of a new stent design.

In 2018, Borchers left Fresenius Medical Care North America to join Sirius Engineering LLC as an Engineering Project Manager. In this role, they led the Trans-Abdominal Strap project team to develop a laparoscopic hernia repair system and device.
