Albert Barsocchini

Albert Barsocchini is the Director of Strategic Consulting at NightOwl. Albert has over fifteen years of experience in legal technology and has advised global corporations and law firms on enterprise data in ediscovery, privacy, technology transactions, and data governance. Albert has a deep understanding of the compliance risks and gaps associated with data privacy and protection laws and has been instrumental in developing policies and procedures to promote compliance with these laws. Albert is also a seasoned business development professional and has led many successful initiatives in the e-discovery and privacy space.

Albert Barsocchini attended the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law, where they obtained their Doctor of Law (JD) degree. Albert also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from the University of the Pacific. In addition, Albert has a High School Diploma from Stevenson School and various certifications, including Nuix Forensic Practitioner, Certified E-Discovery Specialist (ACEDS), Attorney, Commercial Drone Pilot, and Private Pilot.
