Theresa Bauccio-Teschlog, MBA, NIGP-CPP, CPPB, LSSYB, currently serves as Procurement Manager for the City of Everett, WA, since September 2017. In addition to this role, Theresa is an instructor for NIGP: The Institute for Public Procurement and co-authored "Developing and Managing Requests for Proposals in the Public Sector - Third Edition." Previous experience includes serving as a Procurement & SBE/DBE Specialist and Acting Procurement & Contracts Manager for Community Transit, and as a Buyer for both the City of Lynnwood and Honeywell Aerospace. Theresa holds a Master of Business Administration from Central Michigan University, a Construction Contracting Certificate from Portland State University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Seattle University.
