Ido Mordechay has held various positions in the past few years. From 2022 to 2021, they worked as a Client Success Manager at Niio Art, where they proactively managed all B2B customer relationships from onboarding through renewals, created growth opportunities within existing customer relationships, and tracked milestones and progress. In 2021, they were the Head of Adventure and Tripping and Head of Israeli Delegation at URJ Camp George, where they were a member of the senior leadership team responsible for the daily supervision, mentorship, and management of 15+ junior staff members, and planned and led camp-wide educational programming for 300+ children aged 8-15 in Israeli culture. From 2018 to 2017, they were in the Israel Defense Forces, where they held the roles of Deputy Operations Officer, Junior Deputy for the Head of the Commander's Course, Commander of the Combat Intelligence Corps' Combat Commanders Course, Trainee for the Combat Commanders Course, and Deputy Commander. Ido was also a General Counselor at URJ Camp George in 2018. Additionally, in 2017, they were a JAFI Shinshin/Junior Ambassador at The Jewish Agency for Israel, where they lead and facilitated educational programming for over 400+ students, honed public speaking and presentation skills in front of large audiences, and created weekly educational programs for students enrolled in Sunday Hebrew school.
Ido Mordechay obtained their High School Diploma from the Leo Baeck Education Center in 2017. Ido also holds certifications from the Israel Defense Forces, including Photography and Video-Editing Course (2021), Technical Support and 'Maala' system course (2020), and Drone Operator (2020). In 2015, they completed the High School Presidents' Leadership Course with the Haifa City Council – Youth Department, and in 2014 they obtained a Diploma, Counselor's Training from the Hebrew Scouts Movement in Israel.
