Vinod Kathait

Vinod Kathait has been working at NIIT Smart Serve since August 2005, holding the position of AM-Quality. In this role, Vinod drives Six Sigma and Lean projects, transaction quality, audits, COPC, resource and capacity planning, forecasting, process improvement, target setting, benchmarking, and seat utilization. Prior to this, Vinod worked at PCL as an MIS Coordinator from June 2003 to July 2005, where responsibilities included MIS reporting, analysis on TM/program level data, sales reconciliation reports, call listening, and preparation of process improvement plans. Vinod completed education at Delhi University from 1998 to 2001.
