Louise Brix is an experienced Talent Management Leader in the EMEA region with a diverse background in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as a Freelance Senior HR Director and Consultant, expertise encompasses people and culture, strategy, organizational transformation, talent, and learning. Louise has previously held key roles such as Head of Talent & Learning a.i. at ING Nederland, and HR Lead a.i. at Versuni, as well as HR Business Partner a.i. for EMEA at Nike. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Social Psychology from the University of Amsterdam and research focused on ethnic stereotyping from the University of Cape Town.
